Trim Educate Together National School opened on 1st September 2014, with a Junior Infant class. Today, the school has classes from Junior Infants to Sixth Class. In September 2018, the school moved from their temporary accommodation in the former golf club at the Glebe, Kildalkey Road, Trim to The Maudlins, Trim.
School gates open at 8.20am. The pupils line up on yard at their designated place. Class teachers collect the students from yard at 8.30am.
School starts at 8.30am.
School finishes at 1.10pm for Junior Infants and Senior Infants (Junior Day).
School finishes at 2.10pm for 2nd - 6th class (Senior Day).
This school received a grant in 2021 to implement initiatives aimed at addressing the digital divide and support our learners at risk of educational disadvantage as a consequence, as part of the Irish National Recovery and Resilience Plan (NRRP) a project under the Recovery and Resilience Facility funded by the European Union through NextGenerationEU.
This funding was used to improve digital learning resources in line with Circular 0060/2021, including purchasing devices for pupils, upgrading school Wi-Fi, updating interactive screens in classrooms, and subscribing to online learning tools.
